The program includes all components needed to give your body a quality cleanse, recharge and time to destress. Just picture delicious gourmet meals to-live-for, cleansing herbal drinks – all freshly prepared and beautifully served to you… body treatments offered by true healers skilled at what they do, as well as enjoying guided meditations, yoga, fitness, and health classes. This is not to mention the most beautiful nature setting with bald eagles living on the property, deer, jellyfish, sand dollars and if you are lucky, occasional whale or seal sightings.

DISCLAIMER: The program activities and cleanses/ other supplements and their number may slightly vary from the below. If a particular therapy is not available during your stay, it will be replaced with an alternative one with a similar value or reimbursed.
- Organic Vegan Meals: breakfast and lunch with high raw food content; supper – hot vegetable soup with crackers (not raw)
- Exceptions: Occasional items unavailable in organic or out of season may be non-organic. We use honey, which is technically not a vegan product.

- Yoga, Meditation, and Fitness:

- Disclaimer: our classes are gentle. However, if you need more intensive workouts, semi-private and private classes are available (at an additional fee) to support your needs.
- 2 Guided Walks and Excursions
- 1-2 Evening Activities (type varies per current schedule), ex. Bonfire, Movie Night, Evening Yoga, Crafts Class
- Use of Ocean Health Centre and access to the Fitness Room:
- The Centre is located on the most stunning ocean side. The group rooms and the Dining Room have an ocean view, so you get to see it all day long, including when walking to your hotel room, located 1-2 minutes away.
- Despite the ocean-side location, it is super tranquil. There are no tourist crowds, and mostly our guests use the property (high season is an exception, but it never gets too busy).
- The Centre is solely reserved for our group use during the retreat. The privacy and the location are utmostly conducive to healing and rejuvenation.
- The building is tastefully designed with natural wood and stone elements and has laminate floors.
- The 2-story building features two classrooms, treatments and consultations rooms, a small fitness room for private classes and independent use, a salt cocoon (halotherapy), an infrared sauna, and a gorgeous dining area.
- The newly renovated steam room is located in the Ocean Resort hotel.

In case you need a bit extra products to assist with sleep, a protein shake etc., or if you need to schedule a private consult about your cleansing symptoms with our colon hydrotherapist, you have incidental budget included into your package (5 Days-$100, 7 Days-$150, 12 Days-$250, 14 Days-$300 – see Rates for details). If unused, the budget can be either be used towards other services/ products, or gratuities.

Our meals are dairy, meat, gluten and sugar-free. If you have other allergies or food dislikes, please check out what are able to customize. If you suffer from advanced digestive issues, please look into our Go-Deeper Programs. They are specifically designed for deep health restoration, while the purpose of the Detox and Recharge program is rejuvenation and health maintenance.
Take-out meals for the departure day are available at an additional fee. A three days notice is required. The form will be in your Program Binder.
