The program includes all components needed to give your body a quality health tune-up, cleanse, recharge and time to destress.
Depending on your healing track— whether it’s Health Reboot with healthy eating or Juice Fasting with organic green juices, enjoy gourmet meals or nourishing green juices. Both programs include cleansing herbal drinks and supplements, freshly prepared and beautifully served to you. Body treatments are offered by true healers skilled at what they do. Guided meditations, yoga, fitness, steam baths and health classes are informative, good for both body and mind, and will provide you with numerous tools for integrating a healthy lifestyle back home. This is not to mention the stunning natural setting, which features bald eagles living on the property, as well as deer, jellyfish, sand dollars, and, if you are lucky, occasional whale or seal sightings.

In case you need a bit of extra products to assist with your healing journey sleep, a protein shake, etc., or if you need to add an additional minor or moderate meal customization prior or upon arrival, you have an incidental budget included in your package (5 Days-$100, 7 Days-$150, 9 Days-$200 -see Rates for details). If unused, the budget can be used towards other services/ products or gratuities.
- Use of Ocean Health Centre:
- The Centre is located on the most stunning ocean side. The group rooms and the Dining Room offer an ocean view, allowing you to enjoy it throughout the day, including when walking to your hotel room, located just 1-2 minutes away.
- Despite the ocean-side location, it is super tranquil. There are no tourist crowds, and mostly our guests use the property (high season is an exception, but it never gets too busy).
- The Centre is solely reserved for our group’s use during the retreat. The privacy and the location are conducive to healing and rejuvenation.
- The building is tastefully designed, featuring natural wood and stone elements, and has laminate floors.
- The 2-story building features two classrooms, 10 therapy rooms, a small fitness room for private classes and independent use, a salt cocoon (halotherapy) and an infrared sauna room.
- The newly renovated steam room is located in the Ocean Resort hotel.
Fresh Start has a block of best rooms with preferred rates for Fresh Start guests. Once registered with Fresh Start we notify the Ocean Resort Hotel and they will help you book the room. Room fee is paid directly to the Resort.

Local companies offer Comox Airport pick-up at a very reasonable rate. Please ask our Program Consultant about the best routes for your destination.

Our meals are dairy-, meat-, gluten-, and sugar-free. If you have other allergies or food intolerances, please review the additional information and notify us in advance of your specific needs. If you suffer from advanced digestive issues, consider our Go-Deeper Programs. They are specifically designed for deep health restoration, while the purpose of this Wellness program is rejuvenation and health maintenance.
Take-out meals for the departure day are available at an additional fee. A three days notice is required. The form will be in your Program Binder.

The Main Reason We Offer These: While many guests are satisfied with services included in the main packages, some have been inquiring about additional appointments. Add-on services are not mandatory, but if you’d like extras, they must be pre-purchased before arrival. We cannot guarantee the availability of any appointments upon arrival.
