The total program cost consists of TWO numbers:
- Program rate– year around rate is the same. (Paid to Fresh Start)
- Accommodation rate-Ocean Resort rates are seasonal and are subject to the type of room and booking policy. View room rates table. (Paid to Ocean Resort)
Fresh Start programs are facilitated from the Ocean Resort since 2010.

Fresh Start | Health & Lifestyle Transformation Retreats are all hosted at the Ocean Resort since 2010. Our offices are also located on the Ocean Resort property.

Room Booking Policies

| Two nights charged when booking, balance is charged upon check-in. |
| No fees applied if rescheduling greater then 48 hrs, after you forfeit deposit. |
| Early departure Refunds: we require 48 hr notice, or you forfeit two nights deposit. |
| Your deposit is: |
| -Refundable: 48 hours prior or greater |
| -Non-refundable/non-transferable: less then 48 hours |
How to Book Your Room:
Accommodations are not included in the Program Rate.
- Register with Fresh Start: We’ll notify the Resort and you’ll be qualified for preferred rates.
- Call Ocean Resort to book your room: 1-877-561-3425 or 1-250-923-4281.
NOTE: Ocean Resort is a small place. If the line is busy, please do LEAVE them a message and they’ll get back to you within a day. Do not expect instant reply :)

Pet’s Policy for Fresh Start Guests: due to the long term stay we’ve developed a custom policy that makes everyones stay enjoyable. Please review “Staying with a Pet” page to understand why Fresh Start and Ocean Resort do not allow pets for Fresh Start Guests, except in a Suite.
