- Register with Fresh Start. We’ll notify the Resort and you’ll be qualified for preferred rates.
- Call to book your room directly through the Ocean Resort front desk by calling 1-877-561-3425 or 1-250-923-4281.
NOTE: Ocean Resort is a small place. If the line is busy, please do LEAVE them a voice message and they’ll get back to you within a day. Do not expect instant reply :)
TIP: You SAVE BIG when you stay as a couple or with a friend in the same room.

Facilities
Ocean Resort, Vancouver Island’s Wellness Retreat Centre, is the perfect setting for your 7-Day Whole body Detox Retreat.
You will enjoy an environment that is both welcoming and supportive. This eco-friendly resort has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated, drawing the natural oceanside setting into the décor.
You can take long walks on the beach, watch the resident eagle and other wildlife from the comfort of a beach chair, or enjoy a contemplative rest the waterfront.
Hotel
The resort boasts 28 beautifully appointed hotel rooms, many with ocean views. Hotel rooms are clean and natural with wood flooring, hypoallergenic duvet covers, and natural Purely Saltspring amenities in the bathrooms.

Spa Centre
The Ocean Wellness Centre accommodates your daily activities. The centre offers two meeting rooms, a comfortable sitting area, a fitness facility, spa treatment rooms and a dining area.
Lectures, health videos, and group time are in two spacious meeting rooms. The sitting area is a lovely space where you can read, contemplate or visit with other guests.
Dining Area
Our guests enjoy nutritious and delicious meals, fresh organic juices and cleansing drinks in the comfort of the ocean-view dining room.
Spa Treatments Area
The Wellness Centre houses seven treatment rooms, infrared saunas, salt-cocoon room and a room for private consultations. Colonic and steam bath facilities are also available.
Meeting Rooms
Two spacious ocean-view rooms accommodate most group activities: meditations, health lectures and videos.
Yoga & Fitness Rooms
The Yoga room is where group exercises are housed. Additionally, the Fitness Room offers both cardio and weight training options.
