Lifestyle Education | We had good eating, food preparation, food lessons, and shopping lessons, which in the program were very helpful for us. The vitamins, the enzymes, probiotics, that’s a good learning thing, too, I never knew anything about that before. |
Experience Highlights:
- Very beautiful here in Campbell River: rainforest type atmosphere compared to we live in a bit of forest, but it’s very dry and not a lot of fern vegetation. We saw a lot of rivers and the big trees, as well as were near the ocean. The experience here makes you want to come back to just see the ocean and the forest.
- The food – the wonderful menus were very good.
- Learning skills of proper food management: we’ve marked what favorite dishes we got . I’m hoping we can follow what we’ve learned here: salads in the afternoons at lunchtime, lesser meals, soups in the evenings. That type of lifestyle is suited for us. And yes, we need to buy Vitamix and start making smoothies!
- I keep going back to the food because I think it’s wonderful. In a lot of ways have benefited because we had good eating, food preparation, food lessons, shopping lessons, a lot of things that in the program was very helpful for us.
